                 she’s a little drunk when she flops onto the barstool of their little kitchen. “aren’t you gonna come and give me kisses?” okay, maybe she’s VERY drunk. but chanmi had just come from a night out with friends so could she really be blamed? the girl gets even more flirty when she’s intoxicated, making this whole situation with her roommate pretty dangerous-- she’s so close to kissing them herself but her legs can’t carry her weight anymore so she can’t even walk over to them to take things into her hands. “i’m hungry, too. make me some ramyeon?”

               ❝ i think this is a new record, ❞ mingi says, sinking down onto the other's couch. he's brought his tablet with him to try and work on his essay, but his mind's distracted now. ❝ i broke up with hongjoo already. two weeks. ❞ thus far, all of his relationships have at least made it to the month mark, but not hongjoo. maybe he's too good at talking girls into bed, maybe he needs to find a girlfriend that isn't interested in sleeping with him. ❝ i don't know how people stay together for years, i get bored after a few months. ❞

【 ♡ — HOURS HAD passed and she was back at searching for the one who have her comfort the night before. she hadn’t expected to come back so early but everything had changed in her life again after only a few hours and she felt like an explanation was something that she needed to give to the other. that was exactly why suji was standing at their door right now, hoping to clarify what happened and to not create more misunderstandings, because while her boyfriend obviously wasn’t the most caring man, she was determined at trying again and at giving him another chance, ignoring that she had already given him more chances than he actually deserved. but they had dated for a while and she couldn’t just give up now. standing at their door, she pressed the doorbell. and now, there was no way back.

         "No? Did ya want someone to know about this?" Jitae asks, his voice a little quieter as he looks at his notebook, then towards their drinks and meals. "I... would've thought that you don't want people to know you're hanging out with me." This time rubbing the corner of the notebook, watching the ink he piled there spread when he does so. // @bckseat >> sc.

❝ so they didn’t have the flavour of muffin you wanted. so... ❞ hands filled with muffins behind her back she placed one muffin on the table, then another, then another. ❝ i got you three different ones. ❞ she gave the other a bright smile before sitting down on the seat on the other side of the table. kiwon laughed slightly at herself mainly when she looked down at the muffins. this was just a typical thing for her to do. ❝ besides, if you can’t handle three i would be more than happy to help out. ❞ she gave them a playful wink as she took a small sip of her cappuccino wincing slightly as she felt the heat on her tongue.

     “you don’t really have to come with me -.” there’s an almost embarrassed fluster curling through intonation, lilting it from the insistence it is supposed to be into something sheepish, shy. parker doesn’t usually make it a habit of bringing people with him into the forest, as it’s a safe haven as much as a place to simply breathe and be ( things he rarely feels like he can do when with others, when surrounded by people ).

     a misplaced guilt ducks head and hunches shoulders when concerned voice queries about the angry lines of red along upper arms, hands tugging at shirt sleeves as if he can conceal the marks. “bug bites. my apartment has a ridiculous amount of mosquitoes,” comes murmured words, shoulders rolling in a vague shrug ; no amount of bug bites warrant such aggressive scratch marks, but it is an easier explanation than overstimulation, than feeling as though there are ants crawling within his skin.

gray ╳ ⋮             IT HAD BEEN such a long time since he was last here. already, the waves of 𝓃𝑜𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓁𝑔𝒾𝒶 are washing up over him as he steps through the doors of the apartment. he stands by the keypad && finds that the old code still works && it comes to him through muscle memory alone. his fingers run along the banister as he ascends the stairs; he always walked up to the apartment instead of taking the elevator. && then, there it is: the familiar apartment.

he walks up to the door && reaches into his pocket for his key. but the one that he has doesn’t work. odd. but no matter. surely, whoever is inside will let him in—

gray is about two knocks DEEP by the time he comes to. opening his eyes, the first thing he does is stumble back && lean HARD into the banister. every time a ghost went ahead && ｖａｃａｔｅｄ his body, they were always sure to leave him with a ʜᴇᴀᴅᴀᴄʜᴇ. && this one decided to jump ship when it couldn’t get into this old apartment, leaving gray to deal with the consequences. thanks a lot.    [ 🎼 ]
