My husband & I caught a late dinner at Waffle House tonight, and some time into waiting for our food he says "I'm texting my ex girlfriend a recent selfie" & I almost immediately catch an attitude. About a minute later my phone chimes to his ringtone & a picture of his goofy ass face pops up in my messages... This donut looked at me and said "what? I mean technically you are my ex girlfriend... you're my wife now." & smirks at me. 😒🙄😙
It’s storming bad this evening, and all I want to do is snuggle and love up on my man, but he’s out camping with his brothers 😭☹️
So the husband and I are taking a little road trip tomorrow. We're driving out to Lake Lure, NC- about two hours away- to go exploring. We're gonna do a bit of hiking, going to go check out some waterfalls, grab lunch, explore some caves, check out the bridge of flowers etc. I'm so excited 💕
It's a little getaway we both desperately need and deserve.
