Received good news this morning! I’m not keen on putting a bunch of personal info on this platform, but I like to think of this as a journal of some sort. My husband and I moved to WV the last weekend in February to try and help his family start a company. Things have not gone well, and our living environment is toxic. Luckily I have the most amazing mother who is busting her ass to get us back down to SC to help us get back on our feet and out of this situation. He and I have no money & are going to resort to selling our Xbox’s and our TV, which will give us between $500-$600 to help. This morning I woke up to a text from her saying that she’d be able to have the money for our U-Haul & tow dolly in our bank by June 1st, meaning we’re outta here by June 2nd! Through all of what he and I have gone through these last couple months, I have no ill-will to anyone here and wish them the absolute best getting their thing going. But I am so grateful to have the support to help us get out of this situation. Rune: Eihwaz

Lifestyle Changes 🌱

Hey everyone, I know I’ve been absent for a little while now, but I’ve been doing a good bit of self reflecting.

I’d like to give a go at a more minimalist life. There are things here that I don’t feel connected to, and that I feel clutters my life. I want only in my space, the things that bring me joy.

Aside from that I’d also like to transition to a vegetarian (and later, vegan, if everything goes great). So if you have any tips/advice/pointers or even favorite informative blogs to follow, please let me know.

My husband & I caught a late dinner at Waffle House tonight, and some time into waiting for our food he says "I'm texting my ex girlfriend a recent selfie" & I almost immediately catch an attitude. About a minute later my phone chimes to his ringtone & a picture of his goofy ass face pops up in my messages... This donut looked at me and said "what? I mean technically you are my ex girlfriend... you're my wife now." & smirks at me. 😒🙄😙

i find that looking through your s/o’s phone/personal business is so invasive. If you feel the need to snoop or you feel they’re cheating or doing something else, confront them. If you don’t trust them, why are you with them? If they’be given you reason not to believe them, or have faith in them before, why are you still pursuing this?

It’s storming bad this evening, and all I want to do is snuggle and love up on my man, but he’s out camping with his brothers 😭☹️

Just booked my first appointment for a new therapist to try and get my depression and anxiety under control. Part of me terrified and nervous, the other is a little excited.

I haven't done any type of yoga in probably over a week. I haven't meditated in probably three.

My soul feels sad. I think I'm going to meditate for a bit tonight after work, and I'll wake up early tomorrow to do some yoga and stretching. I want to start back up on practicing the splits and holding my planks longer.
