Dashcam Shows BDPD Chase Stolen Vehicle

► Subscribe to PoliceCenter: https://goo.gl/jR7Abo Brown Deer Police have released footage showing a high speed pursuit of a stolen vehicle last week. The driver, an 18-year-old Milwaukee man had forcibly taken the keys from a lady and taken off minutes earlier. After about 10 minutes of pursuit the suspect gives up and is then arrested. The suspect now faces serious charges.

Hey man, love the blog. Quick question: in regulation play, can a player just shuffle his/her library at anytime, just because they feel like it? Can't seem to find the answer. Thanks!

Nooooooooo.

That is a big no! The decks is presented initially after shuffling as random. Players then take each others decks and randomize them some more, then those decks become libraries. I wouldn't even want that to happen in casual play!

401.1. When a game begins, each player’s deck becomes his or her library.

401.2. Each library must be kept in a single face-down pile. Players can’t look at or change the order of cards in a library.

The exception to 401.2 is if an effect lets you do so, like Ponder.

Think about it, if I use Index in the late game and see all of them are lands - I would gain a HUGE advantage if I shuffled whenever I wanted.
