You know what, I know it’s after valentine’s but I’m not fucking done with these things. I’ve wanted to do this pair since I found that floating guy picture. ANYWAY- I wasn’t expecting to be as into these two when they first started off, but as time went on, the possibilities just got too much to bear. Bobble brought a dollhouse!!! To live in Ter’s house!!! It’s so cute!!!!! These two sparrowmen could be great. That’s all I’m gonna say.

Xīshuài “Lucky” Aoyun and Captain Amelia Smollet - Amuck Aesthetic

okay first of all i had to do this ship because of THE OCEAN, i love the ocean. i love ocean imagery, i love everything about it ugh, so of course i love amelia. she was one of my favorite characters as a kid hands down. and i loveeee the grumpy/happy dynamic of lucky and amelia. grumpy/happy is my favorite. (see simber which is more majorly over-enthusiastic/mildly bitchy depending on the day and helle which is like #emo/hesitantly optimistic) ANYWAY it’s a great dynamic and i think these two just fit together really well and i can’t wait to see them struggle with amelia’s ptsd and issues and for lucky to finally confront her magic and to see them go through those struggles together mhm mhm

Gabriel Núñez and Maximus Jaeger - Horse Buddies Aesthetic

Right okay so this might be the greatest aesthetic ever made. Who can blame me rly, I was inSPIREd because HORSEs who doesn’t love horses? THESE TWO CERTAINLY DO. okay, joking aside, I like that they are both military men, but Gabe is so happy and sunshiney like literally what a precious puppy honey child and Max is the grumpiest grump to ever grump. I love that dynamic, best dynamic. I just find these two interesting. I can’t wait to see more!

SHIP AESTHETICS 3/??: Iridessa and Naveen

Wow, okay the reason I love this ship is because it’s so FUN. I love the whole Phantom of the Opera thing. I love how HAPPY that whole evening made Iridessa and how she’s coming out of her shell. I love how FLIPPIN’ DRAMATIC Naveen was about the whole thing, smh goin’ to the cops looking for his CHRISTINEEEEE It’s so light and rOMANTIC and fun and just a million little dots of chandeliar light under the stars, and beautiful white dresses, and music wafting through the air.

SHIP AESTHETICS 10/??: Gil and Jacques--Shrimp Cocktail

I am slightly biased to this one because I wrote the skeletons for both Jacques and Gil. And what Lena and Thalia have done with them makes my lil ol’ skeletor-wife heart so happy. They’ve both really jumped out from their original skeletons--I love how bubbly Jacques is and I love how moody Gil is. I love their dynamic, how they are so different, yet in the end, they are both hiding dark pasts and have a lot of baggage to carry around, except they are doing it in very different ways, and in the end, will need each other’s help to help lighten the load.

Also I have this stupid headcanon that they live like right next to the Swynlake dentist--aka P. Sherman.

Toulouse Henri Bonfamille and Anita Beatrice Dearly - Louita Aesthetic

Because no one else was gonna do it. Look, I love Dearcliffe, I do. Hellooo--I named them dearcliffe. BUT BUT--Louita is one of those things that kind of came about on accident and I just loved how they complimented one another. They were both artists and Anita is rather shy, where as Lou is bold. But, Anita was feisty and put Lou in his place. Lou doesn’t do emotions very well, but Anita was so gentle guiding him through it and they were both so out of their depth but willing to preserver through it because they mutually respected and cared about one another and it was so BEAUTIFUL. RIP.

SHIP AESTHETICS 2/??: Stan and Ellie--Stellie

So if you weren’t aware, Alex and I had actually intended for Stan and Daisy to end up together. RP Lesson number one, kiddos: Don’t plan ships. Because one of the best things about roleplaying is that you never really know what’s going to happen. So obvs, Stan and Daisy aren’t gonna happen anytime soon--but that is okay. Because Stellie happened instead. And Stellie is warm like sunlight on the beach and sand between your toes. But it’s sad, you know? Like a sunset over the ocean, because the day is ending and you know you’re not going to live that same exact day ever again and as you watch the sunset with your loved one, you’re sad, but you’re also happy because at least you got this day.

SHIP AESTHETICS 8/??: Celia and Wade--TechGorgon

TBH, part of the reason I like this is because of the ship name. Like damn, that is cool. And I like the juxtaposition of the Classical elements and symbolism that comes with Celia’s whole arc with the more modern tech and hacker stuff that goes with Wade. I like that ultimately, they are both very insecure, both unsure of how they fit in with the world. And Idk, I’m a sucker for two lost people coming together because they both feel like the world can’t understand them.
