HAH I am back at my cw (because as I’ve stated in a reblog before if the number on the scale goes up I yell “I don’t accept that” and get off and pretend that it never happened. Lmao.) just in time to fuck it up this weekend. Metabolism days ig 🙄 anyways I think if I do a gradual lowering during the week I might be okay. So for example.
Monday: 1200 cals
Tuesday: 800 cals
Wednesday: 500 cals
Thursday: 500 or less
Friday: liquid fast/as little as possible
Because then by Friday hypothetically my stomach would have shrunk enough again where I can’t eat that much Friday night or Saturday, Sunday will be whatever, and then I can ease myself back into the low calorie.
Isn’t this just budgeting calories to binge over the weekend and still be under your “weekly” calorie limit? Probably. But I still need to stop coming home Monday and still pigging out because then I just. Keep doing it throughout the week. And I’m just maintaining or gaining and losing the same two pounds back and forth. Which is. Exhausting.
