Every other yard in my neighborhood has a cherry tree and they’re just…not harvesting them?? I’m out here foraging cherries from city medians and these people have trees in their yards that are practically BENDING with fruit and it just makes me sad. I have literally offered to pick them for ppl.

Please harvest your cherries!!! Not harvesting can damage the tree. The tree worked SO HARD all winter and spring, the tree offers its bounty like a GIFT to you and in return only asks for some work from your hands!!!
