My mental health has taken a turn for the worse, alcohol and porn are the only shitty coping mechanisms keeping me from a nervous breakdown. It's turned me into a bitter asshole, and I'm fucking ashamed of myself. I feel like my legs will give out underneath me every day at work. A research assignment is making it difficult for me to be sure about graduating, which is ridiculous but sadly a real problem. I'm drowning in my own loneliness, and I just alienate myself further. I genuinely consider dropping out or just fucking ending it daily, knowing neither will happen. It just piles up and it gets harder and harder to deal with. Living though it is all I can do.
