August 19, 2012. Sunday. Woke up around 12noon. Checked my phone. Missed calls and messages from Jessie B, a friend. Whoops! It was apparently the day when we were supposed to go boating to Vanishing Island. And they had been waiting since 9am!
So I called Atsi Kara (a good friend from Zamboanga), woke up my sister, called our other friends, and immediately changed to my bikinis and beach wear. Did all these in 15 minutes! Yes! 15. Not to mention I was on a massive hangover when all these was happening.
Thankfully we all still made it. Good thing that the boat we had reserved from Isaland Banca Cruises didn't leave.
So we enjoyed 5 hours of boating and chilling by the beach on a sunny Kadayawan Sunday afternoon. With some booze and chips on hand. Good crazy company. Wicked beach. Great music. It was indeed a boating trip to remember.
