100 days ago, I committed to 100 workouts and last night I finished the program ☀️🍒☀️ making it the 6th one I've completed and one of them I've done 3 to 4 times extra cause I loved the results that much!!
I love not having to stress about what my workout will consist of, or running to the gym (where there's germs 😅). I dont have to worry about some big "get into shape before spring," or how I'll feel on the beach in February, because I have a life style that supports all this daily!!

I wish more people would schedule some time for their own growth and health, the quality of life is 1000% different in all the best ways!!
