Weekend festivities.

What a wonderful weekend. October, Jen and I placed an order for a new sofa, the call finally came in for us to pick up our new sofa. The best part is upstairs the wee dude now has a ratty sofa for gaming. 

Kids kicking it with Uncle Jon, while Jen and my we girl surf the net....

Grabbed my nieces and my great-niece for a hike. We had a nice surprise as it had snowed a bit and made for an adventure for the wee ones.

The wee dude ran non stop he is ready for the proper trails. 

Not doing this for health as we would be going much faster if health was the point. Instead planting the seed that will I hope start her on her path of the outdoors.

Water drops on a mossy tree trunk today at Beaman Park. It turned out to be a perfect day for a hike! A major New Year’s resolution for me this year is to get into the woods as much as I can. Glad today offered me the opportunity.

Finished with pre-k back in May, and finished with summer session school today. Had to escape to our happy nature place before #virtual kindergarten starts. Can’t believe how this boy has grown so much, so fast.
