What movie have I watched recently and what did I think of it?
I think the last one might have been “a boy called Christmas” when I was embroidering shirts for my parents during the holidays haha but that was one of those random choices since it was on the starting page, so … It was alright. I don’t think I remember much from that except the one guy falling off a cliff and me thinking it was fully deserved. Good for nothing guy.
Favourite month of the year and why?
Ooooh I love October. It’s just prime autumn quality, lots of crunchy leaves and shitty weather, but if the sun does come out it’s just GOLDEN GLOW everywhere UGH so good. And it begins to smell more and more like decay in the forest which is another bonus #questionableforestpunkaesthetic
If you could give a TED talk about anything, what would you talk about?
Ho boy, probably something mental health related. It might be about balancing having a certain standard for yourself and not letting the pressure get to you too much. I feel like if you haven’t found your perfect balance between working too hard and shutting down to “heal”, you tend to fall into this abyss of coddling yourself into a new dysfunction. And I believe that having a general purpose, even if it’s a stupid and practical one, is one of the keys to happiness. Not sure if that is scientifically proven, but I could probably share my personal experience as a TED talk (and PERHAPS do some actual research).
What do you wish someone would ask you?
Hmm … I do appreciate it when people ask for my take on some deeper topics from time to time. I’m not a huge fan of small talk and most people are too shy to ask the things they ponder on all by themselves. I think it’s always enriching to keep discussions open for new opinions, some that clash with yours even. And apart from that, I am obviously always down to chat about the games I’m playing HOHOHO. Oddly enough, I don’t like discussing books. Somehow that’s just something different for me.
