I HAVE EXCITING NEWS. A week and a half ago I submitted my garden photography to one of my local papers. I haven't heard back from them yet but their official ig account just followed my photography ig?!?!?!? So that's a good sign!

It's my first time hitting 10k in over a decade💪🏻! As you guys know, when I was diagnosed with tachycardia at 20, it completely derailed my life and destroyed my quality of life for many years. One of the things I was forced to quit was running. Four weeks ago, I cautiously began running for short bursts, and my heart is tolerating it😭🤞🏻. I hope to continue seeing improvement and eventually stop taking my medication. I'd like to get back to working, and my library is hiring😭. But that is a long way off. One step at a time.

It’s been a slow recovery for me, and the shittiest two weeks I’ve had since escaping the South. I cannot stress enough just how fucking awful it’s been. I’ve been so sick, I lost 6 pounds in 14 days🥴. The hospital stay was horrific, but not because of the nurses, for once! I’m afraid of being in the hospital, and the anxiety I had the entire time was insane. I cried, called my mom😂 and Darth sang to me😂💕. I’m finally feeling normal tonight😭, and eating proper food for the first time in like a week. @darthcaedus7 continues to be the best thing that’s ever happened to me, and the best partner I could ever have. He stepped the fuck up when I got sick. He was calm, steady, and present the entire time. If ya’ll are looking for a positive example of masculinity, I’d love to present to you my man🥺 because goddamn🫦💕🥵 and I just-
