Omg! These are wonderful! Could you tell us what's in each one?

I WISH I could tell you! I never got a full ingredients list and the friend who did the actual blending is traveling right now so I can’t ask her. I know the Small Gods blend has ginger and lemon grass and I think lemon peel in it, while Sapient Pearwood has, from what I can see, rose hips, cloves, and orange peel. On the Grass of Lancre has something minty and rose petals, but it mostly looks like various grasses that I can’t tell apart. I don’t know anything about the tea bases or anything, and can’t really smell much right now, so that’s about as nuanced as I can get...

@beanmoreau so you’ve got archibald kennedy who became the 11th earl of cassilis, he was born in america because his father was a tax-collector for the british govt. but he came to culzean to manage the estate when his second cousin, ultimate bachelor david the 10th earl, died.  his son, archibald kennedy the 12th earl, was very friendly with william iv and was always looking to socally elevate himself.  eventually he became the first marquess of ailsa in 1831, a title which the kennedys still hold today.  archibald kennedy (son of the first marquess) sadly pre-deceased his father, so after the first marquess died, his grandson, archibald kennedy, became the second marquess of ailsa.  the third marquess, archibald, loved yachting and started a ship-building company which moved between various placed and can now be found locally at troon, the ailsa shipbuilding company.  archibald the fourth marquess began negotiations to hand over culzean and its many surrounding acres of land to the national trust in 1945.  the present marquess of ailsa is the 9th and he is not called archibald although he does have a son called archie (i’m told).

edit: i also found out that the children of archibald the 11th earl and his wife are related to the schuylers because his wife anne was descended from them, so they’re probably distant marital relations of alexander hamilton

Jes is a* at making sweet pancakes but he'll only do so for wylan (and Kuwei) because he gotta protect that street cred yo. ..he really likes being able to spoil him with good breakfasts and yes they are ofc in lots of shapes to match his boy(s). (And there's always at least one heart shaped one) but sshhhh no one can know.

i bet u £10 nina and inej know.  not only that, i bet nina’s said (mostly jokingly) to matthias why do you never make me breakfast? but let’s be real, matthias isn’t a great cook, she isn’t sure she wants him to try.  SURPRISE though, matthias is actually great at desserts and the very next morning nina wakes up to a plate of fancy waffles and pancakes and matthias looks so proud of himself he forgets to be tired because he spent like three hours that morning getting it right
