It was Jamie’s first day at what would’ve been high school if his parents didn’t force him to move across the country. As he walked through the halls that morning, new schedule in hand, looking for his locker, he took a look around him. Some faces he recognized and with the way they gauged at him he guessed they recognized him too. Funny enough, some of the girls that would tease him the most walked past him with dazzling bedroom eyes, but no matter how attractive they grew up to be too, he didn’t care. He only had one person in mind and he passed by them at a distance at their locker, he took note of the location, before going to his first class.
Jamie was a late bloomer and he knew it, but the person on his mind had always treated him well, even defended him at times, and he would never forget that, and he hoped they didn’t forget him either. JD knew they stopped talking a bit after he moved away because he essentially ghosted the other, but it there was so much reasoning behind that. Which of course, he was willing to explain to his long lost friend when the time came, but he hoped they would give him the opportunity. They’re all he’s been thinking about from the second his family decided they were going to move back, and he’d hate to lose them completely.
After class, Jamie remembered where he passed his dear friend at their locker and bit his lip as he waited there, hoping they’d return and find him there. That they’d be happy to see him. That it turned out to be the best case scenario. However, that wasn’t up to him. He stopped talking to them, they didn’t stop talking to him. @beanrp
