@straight76ed you're exactly right man. It would be one thing if they offered the value of other online services. But with PC I can play every old game I OWN without having to pay for it again.

It’s true, even if it’s a pain in the ass to get “games for windows” running on occasion (thanks Vista for that) there’s not a single bit of gaming you can’t go back to and enjoy.

If you have a working CD key, you can even still register up Diablo 2 or original Starcraft and play online; even if you don’t register it with Battle.net; you can still just play over Lan. And it doesn’t cost you a single cent more than what you paid in the 90s.
