Ok so I might be sick from eating this corn yesterday (was not at all good) orrrrrr the progesterone is working. I'm having cramps, period poops, super tired (haven't slept in two days though), and chocolate covered steak craving bro!

TMI.. you've been warned.
I haven’t worked out all week. Why? Cuz literally out of nowhere it became my TOM. A week or two ago I had cramps in the middle of the night. It’s kinda funny that I thought maybe I was preggers. I thought that more likely than my TOM Lol. So anyway Super Bowl Sunday comes around and we go visit a friend who is having a party. There I am again struck by cramps. When I get home that is when I find out. Thank God I got home in time.
Well I am totally shocked. I wasn’t expecting that. I haven’t had a TOM since 2008! It truly caught me off guard. I read somewhere that losing 10% of your body fat can bring about your period and on another site it said as little as 5%. Considering the more likely weight loss was 5% then that means I would have lost about 6 1/2 lbs. Wow :)
So I guess the funny thing about all this is how much of whimp I am. I was complaining so much about my mild cramps Lol. I guess I gotta start looking into forms of BC now. I'll probably go back on the pill.
My first success in beating PCOS. I will get back to working out this week. Ugh, I feel bloated :/
