Sounds like it’s just not opening. I don’t usually have problems with wet diva cups (I actually prefer to insert them wet), but that may be adding to the fact that it won’t open. The fold has to be just right when you insert it or it won’t pop open easily...it’s a tricky bastard. When I first started, I literally googled the different insertion techniques because I struggled hard. So, maybe practice a few different techniques ����‍♀️. (Ignore the unsolicited advice if you’ve got it! Lol)

I’m all for advice and sharing of knowledge! I’ve only tried the two folds that are mentioned in the instructions so I will totally look at other folds.
