After researching and using TuneCore for the artist that I currently manage, I can honestly say, I am seriously impressed! Although I have only just started using their services, I am astonished at how easy it is to use, how powerful their applications are, and just how many different avenues for creating revenue, merch and other income streams for indie bands and artists.
If you are a band or artist, have a song or album you want to release, but are frustrated with trying to get the attention of a “major label”, you should definitely check out TuneCore. It is seriously the best tool I have seen for independent musicians to get their music distributed to fans without a traditional label. Why wait to get “signed” when you can do DIY? Check it out and see what you think. For my artist, It is a potential hit release machine without begging for an A&R guru to ‘pretty please, listen to my music’. Cut the red tape and get your music out there without all that hassle. Let the labels come to you after your music gets attention! Just sayin’... ;)
