It only felt like it had been a few days for him, maybe a week. He was pulled from the jet, and woke up in a hospital bed, and then made his way back to SHIELD. But for everyone else it had been years, and while a lot of people he knew were still there, everything felt completely foreign to him. Not to mention the LOOKS he got from every one there.
It made his heart clench painfully in his chest, and all he wanted to do was find Daisy -- who he was told was still a member of the team. But there was something they weren’t telling them.
Apparently she was on mission, and he’d have to wait.
He found the lounge, and frowned when he spotted a young girl sitting on the couch -- that seemed ODD.
“Hey there,” He smiled politely at her, “Who are you here with?” There was a familiarity about her -- but he couldn’t place it.
