Atos Wellness at 25 North Bridge Launch | BEAUTOX and Deep Sea Divine Review
As we grow older, our skin and body deteriorate with us. Unlike that 17-year-old doe-eyed girl who just launched IreviewUread a decade ago, I am now in my late twenties suffering the consequences of my stagnant lifestyle. This could be seen on my hips and my face shape.
Thus, we search for spas to help reverse ageing and hopefully reduce the pain in our bodies. Recently, a pioneer in the wellness business, Atos Wellness, launched their new and improved outlet at 25 North Bridge.

You also get to check out Atos Wellness's range of premium quality products from supplements to skincare products in the lounge.

The other lounge, The Reception Lounge, is where customers register their treatments and ‘check in’ to the spa. This spacious lounge has a calm and organic theme to it, welcoming customers when they first arrive via the lift.

ELD Lymphatic Cleansing Programme
One of Atos Wellness's signature treatments is the ELD Lymphatic Cleansing Programme. This wellness therapy uses Human Resonance Technology to clear the body’s clogged lymphatic system. A clogged lymphatic system that is caused by improper nutrition, age and stress can lead to inflammation.
Thus, the ELD Lymphatic Cleansing Programme is a non-invasive, proprietary wellness therapy that helps reduce chronic pain, inflammation, and fatigue, improve metabolism, induce sleep, increase immunity, and unclog the body’s lymphatic system.
This helps the body heal itself, reducing chronic pain and tension without expensive procedures, surgery, or long-term medication. The programme aids in inducing better sleep and weight loss.
The treatments will include a CLUE test, Bio Impedance Test, Lymphatic movements, and personalised fitness and nutrition coaching.

Deep Sea Divine
Deep Sea Divine is an exclusive, luxurious Wellness Spa Treat where one will be cocooned in a warm wrap of mineralised dead sea mud. This mud is enriched with over 26 different minerals which provide several health benefits for the patrons. Some of the benefits include:
Detoxing with gentle exfoliation to draw out impurities and toxins
Increase blood circulation
Nourishes your skin
Improving the skin’s appearance – more even, toned and clearer
The Deep Sea Divine is suitable for all skin types especially those with oily, acne-prone skin.
After one wash off the mineralised dead sea mud, a firm yet gentle rhythmic lymphatic drainage massage will be conducted. This massage helps relieve aches and pain in the body. It is ideal for treating rheumatism conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, sports injuries, and sore muscles.

Spa Trex (using InterX 1000)
Spa Trex is a revolutionary pain-relief body massage which helps to rebalance, revitalise and energise one’s body using the Space-Age technology InterX 1000. This massage uses electro-stimulation to help relieve one’s acute and chronic pain – suitable for muscle relaxation as well.
Although Spa Trex uses electro-stimulation, it is a non-invasive neuro-stimulation that targets aches and pains in the body. They use an interactive waveform which allows the stimulation to be safely delivered through the Flexible Array Electrodes. It is then delivered to the specific areas which are needed the most – even along the spinal region.
Research has shown that the ability to deliver electrical stimulation at a higher amplitude to optimal treatment points provides more effective results from treatment. It aids in providing relief for both acute and chronic injuries and conditions. That includes post-operative pain, arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, whiplash and back pain.
BEAUTOX
Utilising ATOS Advanced & Human Resonance Technology, BEAUTOX is a proprietary treatment that firms and lifts the skin without using any invasive methods.
BEAUTOX also helps strengthen the face and body’s muscle tone with its special Biolysis process. This process assists in burning and breaking down the fat cells, removing excess fluid retention and resulting in cellulite reduction.
Additionally, it helps eliminate toxins, wrinkle reduction, skin lifting and tissue strengthening to improve muscle tone.
ATOS Wellness Spa Treatments Review
Of the four signature treatments, I was able to try out two of them:
BEAUTOX
Deep Sea Divine
BEAUTOX Review
The BEAUTOX treatment aids in reducing the wrinkle, lifting and toning the skin, and breaking down the fat cells with its special Biolysis process. This is a 40 minute treatment which targets the face.
The room that I was escorted to was a cosy treatment room equipped with storage, a sink, a bed and the treatment equipment.
As I was in a dress, I had to change out of the dress and into a provided gown that revealed my shoulders.
Cleansing
Upon laying down, my designated spa therapist entered the room and helped me remove my makeup and other impurities on my face utilising the double cleansing method.
Throughout the session, my therapist was warm and friendly as she gently massaged my face. She even complimented me on my clear complexion.
After my skin was prepared, they helped me snap some ‘before’ photos ahead of the next step.
This next step may look scary but I assure you, it’s not. Before my spa therapist put these electric patches on my face, a patch was placed on my arm as well.
This is to scan the body and test out the square & Kotz waves of the ATOS Advanced & Human Resonance Technology. It also helps modulate the body’s frequencies and select a programme that will provide the optimal results for each person.
Treatment Begin
After testing, the patches were placed on my face, starting from my forehead and ending on my neck. Once the patches were placed, my spa therapist tested the frequencies once again. These frequencies can range from 33 to 5k Hz so it is important to settle on a frequency that patrons are comfortable with.
As it was my first time doing the treatment, a lower frequency was used. The treatment lasts for about 10 minutes starting from my forehead and down towards my neck area. Microcurrents could be felt as the treatment targets certain spots on my face.
The sensation was more noticeable as the microcurrent targeted the areas around my mouth – it felt like my gums and teeth were being tickled. Although there was a tingling sensation when the current was activated, it was in no way painful.
There are two parts to this part of the treatment:
The microcurrent will target certain parts of your face before moving on to another part. Eg. The current will stimulate your forehead before moving on to the cheek area and finally to your neck area
The microcurrent will continuously move through your face like a wave for 2 minutes
This part of the treatment lasts about 10 minutes. As the two parts ended, the patches were removed from my face.
Next, a cooling gel that felt like an ultrasound gel was spread on my face. This gel acts as a conductor between this handheld device and my skin.
Similar to the electric patches, the handheld device emits microcurrent, helping to tone and firm up my skin. The patches and handheld device use the ATOS Advanced & Human Resonance Technology that promotes facial lymphatic drainage.
This handheld device gives me a tingling sensation, especially when it goes near my mouth. There is no pain involved in this part of the session as well.
After this part was done, the cooling gel was cleaned off my face and an after photo was taken. The test patch that was placed on my arm was removed too.
After Treatment
As I compared the difference between the before and after photos, I noticed my face looked significantly smaller. That natural V that I once had, emerged once again. Additionally, my face did not feel or look bloated. I was shocked at how big the difference was.
While I was still taking in the changes, my spa therapist went ahead and put on my skincare for me using Atos Wellness’s premium skincare products. She even gave me a slight massage before my session ended.
All in all, I am delighted with my results. My face looked substantially smaller and more toned. I enjoyed the relaxing session thanks to my spa therapist’s warm personality. I would highly recommend BEAUTOX for those who are looking to reduce cellulite, remove excess fluid and lift your face without going through Botox.
Deep Sea Divine Review
Atos Wellness Deep Sea Divine Treatment involves being cocooned in a warm wrap of mineralised dead sea mud followed by a detoxifying lymphatic drainage massage. This helps detoxify the body, increases one’s blood circulation, improves the skin’s health, and relieves aches and pains.
The treatment lasts for 60 minutes and it involves rinsing off the deep-sea mud in between.

Back to Atos Wellness
I tried out the Deep Sea Divine on a different day as the BEAUTOX treatment. This time, I tried booking online but the booking did not go through. Luckily, they had enough space that day and they squeezed me in.

After I registered at the Reception Lounge, I was ushered to the Oxy Lounge through one of their hidden doors. There I observed the Parliament House and other customers while I waited for my consultant. I can’t help but notice that Atos Wellness has many regular patrons – a good sign to have for any business.
A few minutes passed and my consultant attended to me. We went through my medical history as per filled in the previous session and I was ushered into the treatment room.
This time, my treatment room was bigger and it had a shower in it. Similar to the previous room, there is also a storage space, a sink, a treatment bed and other equipment. Due to the nature of the treatment, the bed was pre-prepared with a silver sheet and plastic wraps.
As the session involves me getting naked and only wearing a pair of see-through disposable underwear, there will only be photos of the room.
Wrapped in Mineralised Deep-Sea Mud
After I undressed, I stepped into the shower and rinsed myself of the sweat and debris from walking around outdoors. The shower had a hot and cold setting just like those in the hotels. I stepped out, wore the disposable underwear and wrapped myself in a towel.

My spa therapist quickly came in and started working on me, back first. She spread the warm mineralised deep-sea mud on my back as I was seated upright on the treatment bed. I then lay down on my front as she moved to my legs.
Although the room was air-conditioned, I did not feel cold as the bed was heated. As I flipped onto my back, the spa therapist asked for consent to spread onto my bust area. I gave consent. Throughout the period she was evenly applying the deep-sea mud on my body, modesty and warmth were taken into consideration as towels were used to cover the parts that she was not working on.
In under 5 minutes, the spa therapist finished spreading the deep-sea mud and she started to wrap me up with a plastic sheet, followed by a silver sheet. To increase my body temperature, towels were placed on top of my cocooned self as the lights in the room were turned off. Only the shower room’s light was left on.
As I am a side sleeper, falling asleep on my back was new to me - but I managed to do so. This is largely due to my immobile state of being cocooned on a heated bed and waking up a lot earlier than my usual timing that day.
I was only awoken when the spa therapist opened the door to come in after 15 minutes.
Rinsing off the Deep-Sea Mud
After I spread my wings and unveiled from my cocoon, the spa therapist helped me sit up as my lower back was hurting that day. She cleaned most of the mud off my body with tissues before guiding me to the shower room. A pair of disposable slippers were also provided so that I don’t slip in the shower.
Like all mud masks, the deep-sea mud took some time to rinse off. When I came out, I changed into a new pair of disposable underwear before laying back on the bed for the second part of my treatment.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
My spa therapist came in promptly and the second part of my treatment started instantaneously. For this part of the treatment, a detoxifying lymphatic drainage massage was done to increase my blood circulation and slightly reduce the aches and pains in my body.
Before the massage, an aromatic oil was spread evenly on my skin. The massage starts on the back and neck before moving onto my legs. The right leg got to enjoy this luxury first before the left. Soon, I was flipped onto the front and the massage restarted from the legs up.
Like the previous time, the spa therapist asked for consent before massaging my bust area and she covered up the areas that were not being worked on. I like the attention to detail in these areas.
Unlike the usual massage, the lymphatic drainage massage is gentle but firm, helping the lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. It aids in reducing swelling too.
After the massage ended, the 60 minutes was up. My body felt refreshed and energised. Although I still had a chronic lower back issue, I was energised enough to climb up Fort Canning Park after the session.
As the treatment ended, I was ushered into a private consultation room where I was given another bottle of water as this treatment may cause me to feel thirstier than usual. Their sales consultant did an end-of-treatment round-up with me before I head off to seek history through nature.
