Random Booker Headcanons
he takes his coffee black, but after a couple of decades he tried cream and sugar—didn't hate it. so that's how he takes his coffee sometimes if he feels like it.
can out-drink Nile, Joe, and Nicky, but not Andy
heartbreakingly good with kids
can sleep for hours straight if not woken up by dreams/nightmares/the others
his heart sinks a little when animals run away from him
so good at the axe-throwing booths in carnivals
chain-smokes on his bad days (Joe begs him to take a bath after)
always has a book packed with him
his handwriting is writing in all caps, kind of slanted when rushed, and it makes really hard indents on the back of the paper
when sleeping on his back or a bed he hugs a second pillow. if there's no pillow, he crosses his arms.
