Animalkin/Otherkin Tips For Dysphoria

-Eat the food your species does! (Only if it’s safe) 

-Find a onesie that’s of your species. (I’m getting a beaver onesie, hopefully soon, for example.) 

-Make a tail if your species has one. 

-In fact, go ahead and make ears/paws/etc. and do your makeup like your species while you’re at it. 

-In private, make the sounds your species makes. 

-Take a bath/shower if your species enjoys water! 

-Go outside! It’s good to get fresh air, too. 

-Look up pictures of your species. It might make you feel a little more at home. 

-Walk around like your species in private. 

-Listen to the environment sounds of the habitat your species is from. A lot of meditation Youtube channels have forest, rainforest, and/or jungle sounds. Try a google search!
