YORKSHIRE PUDDING RECIPE <3

from a Yorkshire pudding yes yes 😌 they're also good to freeze up to a couple month

Recipe below

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil

100ml plain flour

100ml milk

3 large eggs

Salt + pepper

Method:

-preheat oven to 200c

-pour oil to coat the bottom of the muffin tray and put in the oven

-pour milk, flour and eggs into bowl and whisk

-pour into muffin tray till half full

-20min wait and turn and wait 10-20 minutes till they're golden brown

-serve hot :)) happy baking!

Chocolate Concrete~

Recipe below

Ingredients:

240g plain flour

220g sugar (plus extra to dust)

60g cocoa

120g butter

————

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C

Line a tray with baking paper

Add flour, sugar and cocoa and mix with a fork

Melt butter and add to the mix

Mix together with your fingers with a sprinkling motion til it’s all crumbly

Pour into a bowl and pat is down

Sprinkle sugar ontop

In the oven for 30-40mins

Cut when warm

Let it cool

Enjoy!
