How to Beat Self-Doubt
You were born to be and do what you do. God has qualified, equipped and called you for such a time as this. Therefore be Bold, Audacious, Unapologetic and very Courageous.
Research suggests that people who experience the Impostor Phenomenon often tend to dwell on their failures. They also experience greater stress, lower feelings of self-worth, and greater self-doubt and they're more likely to self-handicap (avoid engaging in fearful activities in order to circumvent potential failure and maintain self-esteem).
Thankfully, there are ways to manage feelings of phoniness, where you feel like a fake, like an imposter, like a fluke. Don't worry with effort, guidance and the grace of God, change is possible.
