Messi gets the award "Bechichi" and the best in the Liga
Barcelona's Lionel Messi has been awarded the "Bechichi" award for Liga goals and the league's top scorer for the 2017-2018 season.
The Argentinian flea was crowned top scorer last season after scoring 34 goals to win the Pichicchi award, alongside Alfredo Di Stefano's award for best player of the season.
Messi has been the top scorer in his career, equaling Di Stefano, Enrique Castro and Hugo Sanchez, while winning the best season award for the sixth time in his history.
On the other hand, Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Opelac won the Liga's best keeper for the third time in a row, achieving a personal achievement after equaling Zamora, Aracunda, Plascu, Tran, Sadirini and Abelano.
Espanyol coach Juan Francesc "Ruby" and the former Huesca got the second best coach award, having contributed to the rise to the league, while Jose Manuel Rodríguez won the Golden Goal for his goal against Real Sociedad.
