Went apple picking today 😀
So as you guys know yesterday Matt, Sous chef Nathan, and myself (Katie) took a trip to Becker Farms. It is so awesome to see where our products come from. We were able to see the cows, geese, and pigs.
Becker Farms
Today we took a trip to Becker Farms in Mooreland, IN. Becker currently provides us with our farm fresh eggs and today we were able to get some ground duck from them, as well as fresh duck eggs. We love working with the farmers around us and creating a meal that is inspired by their produce they provide for us. Come in and see what Chef Matt Burns creates with the fresh duck!
