Everyone is so friendly and you will notice that as soon as you touch their door handle. Nothing greets you better than a sincere smile from everyone!
The interior is well designed. I'm not an expert of criticizing interior designs but I don't think it takes one to notice that it is really amazing!
Before the treatment, they will be consulting you for them to have a knowledge about your hair problem. In my case, my constant use of hair wax day in and day out made my scalp itchy and thus developed flaking and dandruff.
They sprayed some ginger oil first all throughout my hair. This will open my pores for the treatment that will be applied later on.

Then a 100% chemical free Chinese Herbal Treatment was applied directly onto the scalp and hair ends. It was a mud thick mixture that is warm on the scalp. Having it applied feels peculiar but you will feel that the application will definitely help.
After applying the mixture, my head was wrapped with a headband to avoid any leakage and for my hair to be ready for the steaming process.
The steaming process took 45 minutes to complete.
After steaming, a couple of minutes was given for my hair to cool down. While doing this, they gave me this quick back massage that felt heavenly to be honest. It was a bit better than the massage my masseuse gives haha
AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART. See how comfortable I look? lol Shouty capitals for emphasis! The natural shampoo they used have this cool mint feeling on your scalp that definitely eased me. Didn't want to stand up after the washing was finished but I think I have to lol
My hair was blown partially dry to allow better absorption of the herbal paste.

I use my sister's conditioner (lol) every time after shampooing and I thought that I will never feel my hair smoother and softer than that. Wasn't really surprising but after the entire treatment was done, everything feels so good!! My hair was bouncing softly and not a strand went tangling when I run my hand through it. Pretty amazing! Plus it was still allowed for me to use my hair wax after the treatment because I really look awful without it.
