Tonight’s libation is a Harry Craddock classic cocktail mostly forgotten today called the Atty. A beautiful opalescent pale green with microscopic specks of ice sparkling in the light.
1 1/2 oz Beefeaters gin
3/4 oz Dolan dry vermouth
1/8 oz Absinthe Ordinaire
1/8 oz Creme de Violette
Stir vigorously with ice until extremely cold and strain into a coupe, express a lemon peel across the top and revel in the complex, ever evolving flavours.
