𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🥘 @oldchangkeeuk have a couple of new dishes for you to try! The first is a traditional Singaporean dish called Nasi Lemak. It’s a coconut rice dish with crispy peanuts, anchovies, egg and cucumber. I had it paired with their delicious beef rendang. I liked the crunchy elements to it, the peanuts gave it a nice toasted nutty flavour to the dish. You get a crunch from the anchovies too, but if you’re a little squeamish about seeing little fishies in your dish then maybe this is not for you. But they do add a saltiness and an almost umami fishy flavour to the dish. The second new item is a sardine puff. They’ve taken their sardine puff and gone fishy with it. I do love sardines anyway so I was really intrigued to try this, but I get that it might not be for everyone. It’s really nice and it doesn’t have too much of a fishy taste at all, so I do urge you to give it a try!
