totally forgot to post this!! the digital version of my sproutfight submission -- y!bee using the "wishful wisteria" palette!! i just felt like it suited fae so perfectly

Bee is an MCRP character! They are a young changeling fae who can shapeshift, and does so quite often, especially when spending a lot of time around other people. Their base design has fluffy blonde and purple hair, a heart-shape ahoge, pointed ears, purple eyes, heart-shaped pupils, and a long tail with a heart at the end. They are typically wearing an oversized sweater and overalls with patches sewn on. The patches (blue, orange, yellow, and gold) all represent one of Bee's partners. More often than not, they have dirt under their nails from planting flowers. When fae shifts, any part of Bee's appearance could change, but a few elements change more reliably. Typically these elements are: faer hair color (especially the purple parts, though not exclusively) and texture, faer eye color, faer tail shape and color, and faer ear shape. Some other changes that occur less commonly are changes to: hands (such as becoming webbed or more claw-like), and skin undertone (such as becoming more gold-toned). Sometimes fae also gains freckles or other marks, and when around someone fae loves, faer pupils turn more heart-shaped. Faer actual facial features do not change unless fae makes a point to change them, which fae does not often do; most of far shifting is unconscious, picking up physical traits when spending a lot of time with someone, followed by those traits fading once Bee is alone again. Bee is incredibly giving and a little naive, but she is also very determined and protective. She rarely sticks up for herself, but regularly throws herself into harm's way in order to protect her loved ones. When she was younger, Bee could be called too trusting, but she is now far warier and more on-edge. If she lived in a world with the DSM-5, Bee would probably have a number of diagnoses, but she doesn't, so that means the problems basically don't exist, right? Despite her want to protect, Bee very rarely wears armor; if she does, then she does so for the shortest amount of time possible, and typically forgoes a chestplate in lieu of her elytra. Bee is usually a homebody, but loves joining her friends out and about. One of her favorite things to do is collect flowers to plant in her friends' gardens, or to leave in their mailboxes. In return, she has received a number of letters and gifts, all of which are on display somewhere in her home or treehouse. When working or hanging out, Bee tends to bob her head and hum along to music, and when on her own she kills many spiders in order to give the eyes to her potion-making friends. Technically, her full name is Bee Yaoi.
