Ingredients: 1 large beef patty. 4 strips of bacon. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 can of beer. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments of your choice.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Grab a beer and a few sips while the grill heats up. This will make room for the burger. On both sides, season the beef patty with salt and pepper. Carefully place the beer can in the middle of the patty, making sure it stands up straight. This will make a hole in the patty. Each strip of bacon should be wrapped around the outside of the beef patty to hold it in place.
