Thebaby LIVES

Last night it was very pale white after it emerged and sort of trundled around, tried to climb a little. Today it was chilling under the peat moss, which I of course replaced after the picture

It’s getting darker and will gradually turn black!

My beetle responsibilities continue to increase. This guy actually popped out a LOT faster than I thought they would, and oh my god they’re So Tiny... like less than half of Thebaby’s size. This isn’t the final color btw, they must have very recently eclosed.

Also don’t worry this was their pupa cup it is not their permanent home. But here they are... this is Choco Taco.
