Thinking about Paleo and need to do some research?

* I thought this was particularly good article that presented facts and facts only. No commentary. Inner scientist is happy.
** Particularly interesting comments. Very good rebuttals. Some nitpicking but interesting if you have an afternoon free for reading.
*** Great points. Really shows how many of the arguments against paleo are strawmen.
+ You can't read the article unless you pay/log in but the abstract does provide a summary of results for one long term paleo study. It's good news.
++ The godfather of Paleo responds to a TED presentation on paleo. A long read and you need to watch the video first.
+++ This podcast is the bomb. There were points at first (starting from episode 1) where I thought maybe these girls don't really know anything about science but as time goes on, I grew much more confident. They really do know their stuff but more importantly, they aren't zealots. They make jokes and have some laughs about paleo vs conventional diets, but in the end, they just want people to do whatever they need to do to be healthy and happy.
