I feel like I’m messing up everything nothing is feeling right mistake after mistake and at this point even I don’t know what I’m talking about do you know? how there is a difference between complaining bc work bc stress bc things and life and stuff and then there’s this bone crushing fear that haunts just beneath the surface and I’m terrified and I don’t even know of what and I like to pretend that it's not there because why would it be? because everyone has struggles and my life is great I get things that I want I’m comfortable I’m just being dramatic it's all good I’m fine

For people like us,  being fine requires a lot of effort and energy  it’s not as easy as it is for others, it does not come naturally. It requires practice and dedication So please don’t hate us when we break down  when we want to take a break from being fine,  When we want to rest and just be  when we can’t hold the feelings at bay, and would let emotions get the best of us It’s not easy being with us But it’s even harder being like us  Don’t make us feel guilty for not being normal  We have our exhaustion point as well We are trying to  grow into something better But at the of the day, we are what we  are, we can’t change our-self, the only thing we can do is change the intensity of our being                                                                                                                  -Eyphah
