Whatever
I'm loving the Whatever Wednesdays, everything about them. The topics are so silly and the conversation between Rhett and Link so relaxed. The whole concept is enjoyable, and the not-so-scripted style makes me feel more connected. I still can't figure out how (or when) they film this, especially the weather part. Confusing... The bidet part was hilarious, I kept visualizing Rhett test driving the toilet seat in a hotel room. I'd be afraid of a toilet like that. Obviously, I googled that. Gosh, pretty gross photos. I love watching skilled dancers doing their art but sometimes I wonder if it's worth all the pain. I guess that's just true passion. GMMore was very entertaining as well. The talk about celebrities (and their pretty kids) was like two teenage girls chatting. And then the semi serious dad talk about their own kids. Link is concerned about his kids but also wants them to do things they're passionate about, even if it's modeling. And to end today's episode, another vivid picture in my mind about Rhett in a weird situation, as a toy car model in thongs. I'm sure there will be a fan art of that, I kind of want to draw that myself, too. Link's weak little "I'm sorry" at the end was so precious! :)

Is it so bad?
So I was in the drug store after picking up my prescription and suddenly got the itch to go over to the makeup isle. Now anyone who knows me knows I am not by any means a “girly girl”.I hardly ever wear make up and I never buy it. I don’t like wearing skits or dresses, I prefer manual labor over sitting at a desk, and I have more in common with men than woman. But for that split second I found myself wanting to buy lipstick and nail polish and eyeliners and eye-shadows. While in that moment I actually had a slight guilty feeling, like I wasn't supposed to want those things or that I was abandoning my way of living. I’m not entirely sure why I felt that way but I just did. I was saying in my head “what the hell is wrong with you, if the 16 yr old version of yourself could meet you she would kick your as right now” What was so wrong with me wanting to look alil prettier, or to make my beautiful eyes stick out?
