whenever you feel sad, please change that energy by helping others. Maybe you can turn your sad face to a smile by putting smile to others. Their happiness vibrant will actually warm up your heart and you can have your positive vibe back again.
The next question, what if you are sad again because the magic of making others happy make you happy has expired? The answer is simple, keep helping others. But make sure it is not for granted. You are making others happy just to make you happy. All of sudden, this key realization came out, since to be honest I am now not in a good mood, i think you may call it the moment where you are emotionally & physically so soooo tired and it is weekend, baby, can I have break?
But then, your phone does not stop ringing because they need your help.
I decided to response to some chats, first one asked me to check out the JD then second one asked me to pick her up, then the other one asked for input for the work, and the other one is asking for a call -- anyway still like tons more, but I think I am too tired to answer.
But then, I answer one of them -- with “i am trying to have -- positive mood”, I answer it patiently and I receive a gratitude/compliment message saying “finally, there is someone who is also concerned on this part, because there is none having this opinion because i felt alone in doing this”. I know this is so simple, but this kind of message & the feeling that you are actually helping someone and being useful for someone is becoming the highlight of the day. I suddenly gain this mood to start the day again, eventhough it is too late already here haha!
