Catching up on #lxyreboot and @finlay0901 amazing #beithirsknot 😱 that kind of depth is just not in my practice 🤷🏻♀️ I often see people getting frustrated that certain poses isn’t available to them.. personally I’ve learned to let go of that long ago: I don’t compare my yoga and my abilities to anyone else’s .. I focus on my work and what it is today without clinging to future goals... if they happen they happen ..
