hi guys! i know times are unbelievably tough right now and donations are needed all over, especially for those suffering in gaza. however, if u have even 2 euros to spare this month, i would be immensely grateful if u could donate to skopje pride!
usually they’re financed by embassies of most western european countries who support LGBT rights but since their support is conditional & does not recognize the genocide in gaza, they have pulled their financing since the skopje pride organizers decided to protest against israel’s war crimes
unfortunately, we also have a nationalist right-wing govt right now so they sure as hell are not financing them & as we are still a poor & small country with not a very visible LGBT community, we have to rely on each other & LGBT communities in other balkan countries for support
