I lived next to someone last year who played ukelele at all hours. I eventually just adopted the policy of blasting pop music I knew she hated through he wall.

Hahaha, I took a similar approach last year with my suite mates. They would blast music I didn't like all the time so I would blast unsettling music such as Caroliner: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tXGA3-6a80

Maybe I should start doing that again.

Maybe ask them, and then go to her boss? Like, I can call the front desk of our hall and they’ll send the RA on duty to do something about it… Do you have that?

Our halls or dorms don't have front desks or anything but I think we have a community living office that might be able to help? I'll have to ask my roommate since she probably knows more about it than me.
