YEAH YEAH GO ON THE ROAD BECAUSE TREADMILLS ARE THE DEVIL.. last time I went on one I fell and faceplanted then got shot into a wall haha

I like to go on the treadmill a couple times a week so that I can see exactly how far I'm running and how fast I'm doing it. It also pushes me to run longer b/c I fight to get certain distance markers. But I also love running in my neighborhood b/c it's just me and the road and my iTunes. 

My first time running on the treadmill a couple weeks ago, I almost fell and spilled water all over the guy next to me. I felt super guilty and stupid.
