Progress > Perfection
I think it was in my first blog post that I wrote about my friend Michael, our gym’s resident elder, who gave me some pointers on how to ramp up my jump rope skills.
He said to skip for a minute,
then two,
then three.
Then try 3-3min intervals of jumping.
Then 5-3min intervals.
Then go to a full 10 minutes straight.
I saw Michael tonight and was very excited to say that I could more or less go the full ten (with a few fumbles along the way).
