Wow, I can't believe it's been 10 years, to the day, since I graduated Belleville West High School. I still remember that most of my teachers and guidance counselors didn't think I would graduate on time because I missed so much school with my chronic pain conditions. I was determined to prove them wrong. I even had my neurostimulator surgery one week before graduation and still graduated with my class. I don't think anyone was prouder than my granny and grandpa, especially my grandpa. He knew how hard I had to work to graduate and all the health obstacles I dealt with so for him to see me graduate meant the world to him. I miss you so much granny and grandpa! 😘💙😭 Forever Belleville West High School-Class of 2011!! 👩‍🎓 @nhett
