Another process video. Sorry for the concentration face but that’s part of it. Before I choreograph a song (or perform improv) I have to dance to it for the first time. I always get that first time on video if possible. You never know what brilliant stuff may come out of it. Or it could be absolute crap. You can’t know which it’s going to be, but it’s worth filming as you learn something about your dance and the song either way. I know this song decently well, but this was the first time I’ve actually danced to it. It’s also HOT in my apartment. The heat is on full blast and I baked bread.
