Unfortunately, the Gods’ concept of time sometimes is not as …immediate as we mortals would like. And it’s not like you haven’t been doing your part. They just don’t see the dire need for prompt response.
The gods.
The land wights - who want me out there.
And - my ancestors, also, apparently?? I mean “we’ll be in touch” came from them.
A few times over the last 7 months I have gotten something other than “wait” or “just keep going” but so far all those somethings have failed to return anything substantive and rationally I know that one can’t apply for a job that hasn’t been posted yet but rationally I also know that sometimes things just never exist no matter how much you wish they might and it’s getting harder and harder to trust this is all what it looks like and not Yet Another Learning Experience, and so when do I say “Fuck this, I’m staying put urban discomfort or not, this process is bullshit.”

Nothing wrong with that. I begrudge taking mine down at home, but keep the office stuff up.
I try not to buy anything that explicitly says Halloween on it. That way it just casually converts to goth aesthetic. We don’t put much up outside our place, though. Oh, apartment living . . .

See, my issues lately have been around the Erlking and the Wild Hunt. So I understand…
o_o Yikes.
(Oh, right, it’s that time of year, isn’t it.)

I saw this on failbook and thought of you....that is a big fucking chicken
:D I saw it there earlier today and was pleased to see it made its way onto Tumblr as well so that as many people as possible can revel in the glory.

I watched it too. Aside from the difficulty understanding anything in the dialect...the Damned goat!!!
Literally :|
I had some trouble understanding some what they were saying, which at first I put down to trying to listen over the heating (it’s forced air, and it’s REALLY loud) but even when I switched to headphones . . . yeah.

Is this for an insurance conference? Just be sure to have easy flowing dresses or shirt/skirt combos for any of the seminars before heading to the beach. Went w/hubby in '12 to Lan'ai
Yep! CPCU Annual Meeting/Conferment next month in Honolulu. We were told that the dress code for the CPCU stuff and the company luau are business and resort casual and I own none of those things.
looks like I need a trip to clothes mentor. Also, at least one more swimsuit. Because I own one.
( I also need to know our assigned date for the luau because I want to start planning shit.)
bellonanj73 replied to your post:Got a weird question for you
If going by the science thing….hmmm. petrified wood or opal, perhaps. Or topaz?
I haven't used petrified wood in spellwork before. That might be fun.
