A Mage of Blood would have that understanding that comes with the Seer and Mage classes, but would be negatively effected by the Blood aspect, which is unity, loyalty and emotional responses. The Mage of Blood would study groups of people and the bonds between them, but perhaps would have no friends themselves. Another alternative is that their friends would frequently exlude the Mage, deeming them as "weird" for "studying them like lab rats".

Challenge:

This God Tier does not seem like a happy one, but the lessons that come with them can improve their mood and their social lives. Mages need to learn to harness their skills and not get stuck in that cycle of self-loathing. If the lesson does not lie there, the lesson lies with your emotional stability and unity to those around you. Perhaps you have commitment issues, and this god tier is meant to help you overcome these social speed bumps.

A small girl spun in steady slow circles upon her stage. The lights where bright, but not too much so. Slowly she spun to the soft instrumental music. Slowly the world around her rotated. high pitched "dings" filled the air. However, this girl found herself with out an audience. 

There was no one in the wooden walls to watch her perform. There was no one to listen to the music, or admired her dress as she spun. So in sorrow she kept spinning, for that's all she knew how to do. 

A light, hazed over from the pollution of war, shone through an old broken glass window. An antique shop barely stood recognizable as the day grew to night. Long had it been since humans walked the Earth. Through some unknown magic, a music box kept playing it's song, waiting for it's master from years before to return and take it home. The little girl spun away as time marched on, wishing that the girl who'd grown apart from her would come back and love her once more. 

The music finally stopped and the girl finally stood still. The world was quiet as the effect of the war 48 years ago silenced the very last thing on the planet.
