Klavier sits by one of the small stages set up in the heart of the Archimedes ward, awkwardly holding his guitar on his lap.

 The guidelines for this festival said musicians were to “sing what’s in their hearts”, right? That’s exactly what he intends to do. It shouldn’t be hard; he tries to put his heart into everything he sings. But this... this is different. This is going to be the first time Natalia hears him play.

His head shoots up as he sees a familiar face approaching, and he flashes a smile; time to pretend he’s not nervous.

“Schatz, you made it! Thanks for meeting me here. You look nice!”

Marta’d been happy to launch into a bit of an explanation about her growlithe, always eager to chat with someone new. Besides, she might not’ve looked it- but she held a soft spot for monsters. Travelling around the world with the lord of monsters and his centurions was enough to do that to a girl, she figured. Tenebrae would probably have something smug to say if he knew what she was up to now- or maybe he’d just get jealous of Id like he’d been jealous of the baby dragon.
