Y/n: *reaching to pull the shower curtain back slightly, looking out at him* “Okay? So what do you need to talk to me about?”

JJ: *Staring up at you* “I’m gonna be honest..” *he raises his hands* “I didn’t think I’d get this far.”

Y/n: *staring back at him* “Get out.”

JJ: *flips his hat and puts it on with a nod* “Yes ma’am.”

JJ: *cutting Pope off* “Please, Pope. Don’t make me say it.”

Pope: “Why? Because.. then it’ll be real? And you’re afraid it won’t go anywhere? JJ. I’m telling you, you need to tell her. You need to tell her how you really feel before it’s too late.”

*you walk in, pretending like you weren’t listening*

Y/n: “Hey, guys. What’s up?”

*Pope smirks at you and glares at JJ, mumbling words to him as he walks by him*

JJ: *cutting you off* “I love you.. like.. a lot, and I just.. figured I should say something before.. you know.. anything happens to you.. or-or to me, you know?”

Y/n: *you smile and stand back up to walk over to JJ* “Oh so that’s what you guys were talking about.”

*JJ laughs as he nods and pulls you in for a kiss*

JJ: *staring at you shocked when you lean away* “Happy new year to me! Get back in here.” *pulls you back in for another kiss*

John B: *yelling* “Whoo! Get it JJ!”

Pope and Kie: *yelling* “Get a room!”

Y/n: *laughing within the kiss* “Maybe we should get a room?”

JJ: *nodding* “Oh hell. Yes. This year is about to be my best year ever.”

JB: *looking down at you* “You know you can go inside and lay down, right?”

Y/n: *moving to lay your head on his chest* “yeah but those pillows suck. You’re my new pillow, now.”

JB: *smirking as he lays his arm over your back*

Y/n: “I like you, John B… like a lot.”

JB: “Is this you talking, or the beer?”

Y/n: *giggling* “Both.”
