Hey! I just bought 10 pound weights (i'm a beginner lifter) what are some exercises to do with them? Also will it help if i've hit plateau to start lifting and how long should i expect to see results?
yeah, lifting will definitely help you get over your plateau! If you plateau it usually means that your body is getting too used to your workouts, so changing it up and adding weights will help you get over it. Try exercises like this one, dumbell press, barbell row, or a dumbell raise. Then these push ups with the weights do wonders for your abs and arms... hmm and then if you look up how to do "manmakers" on google-those are killer for your whole body!
and I can't tell you when results should start to show since everyone's body is different so you can't really base it on a set time.
