It seems that the ghosts of the fallout victims and those who were chemically revived are haunting the town! Let’s just hope it doesn’t drive Ben crazy!
Ben has been acting strangely while renovating sims houses. He is also seeing the ghosts of the fallout. perhaps it's best not to ask him about his mental state.
Not much to say other than Ben has now given the town access to making their own patios now!
While Ben was panicking about aliens, he saw a black woman who looked like a handy-person of some sort. The only thought he had as he gave the town the ability to add 4 more floors to the citizens' homes was “I wonder if she can help me with building a patio as I have some beautiful furniture my family sent me from Mexico that doesn’t look well on the grass.”
With great teamwork comes a successful takeover of an abandoned restaurant where the Grouch was once head chef.
Ben: Hello there. Ben speaking. How do you wish to be identified?
Caller: Hi Ben this is Akane Yamamoto/ I’m wondering if we can meet up so I can show you my building plans but are you currently available.
Ben: Yes I am currently available at the moment and I’ll meet you down there at the real estate offices ASAP.
Caller: ASAP?
Ben: As Soon As Possible. I’ll also call in some help.
Crystal: Hi, this is Crystal. May I ask who is this speaking?
Ben: Crystal, this is Ben. We have an emergency meeting at the real estate offices.
Crystal: ok, I’ll be down there.
(HANGS UP)
Crystal to Oskar: Oskar, mummy needs to take care of something at work so you will need someone to take you to the swim centre.
Oskar: ok mummy one!
Crystal to Ella: Ella, could you take Oskar to the swim centre so he can play in the clubhouse?
Ella: Certainly
Crystal: I need to take care of something at work but I will be back.
Ella: Ok, take your time.
After turning the crafting workshop into a place he can call home (thanks to a Meta sale on Latin house furniture), Ben Kanell was able to feel like he was back home in Mexico. Yes, Ben Kanell is Hispanic but because his dad was a ginger Mexican, he (under his birth name Santiago Lopez Bolanos) was bullied in school and horrifically in Real Estate College which resulted in him changing his name to something Caucasian. Now that he had told Ella Kay and her adoptive sister Alice along with Chelsea Dockendorf (even though an argument on vegetarianism and iron deficiency), Elijah Hill and Crystal Miller, maybe now he can call himself and legally change his name to Santiago Bolanos.
